What we expect from every dealer

✓Wood sold as seasoned must be seasoned. We take this seriously — customers report on burn quality 30 days after delivery and ratings are tied to your account.
✓Confirm orders promptly. Customers who wait more than a few hours without a response have a bad experience. We monitor response times for every dealer.
✓If you can't fulfill an order, cancel it early. Don't leave a customer waiting on a delivery that isn't coming.
✓Deliver what you advertised — the species, quantity, and condition listed. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.
✓Dealers who receive consistent complaints are suspended. Dealers who receive consistent high ratings earn more visibility on the platform.
