Dealers who join the platform provide business contact information, insurance documentation, and product listings.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with local firewood dealers, process and track your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, and improve the platform. If you submit a firewood request, your ZIP code and contact email are shared with dealers in your area so they can respond.
Who we share it with
Your contact information is shared with the dealer fulfilling your order so they can coordinate delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing — both operate under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in if you have a dealer account. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
Order records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
